Next Generation Focus (NGF) is a 501(c)3 community-based organization that was Amy Sol’s brainchild, a Forsyth County, Georgia resident. Amy has a heart for children, and her passion is to help uplift the future generation.

Our Board of Directors and staff members are passionate and fully committed to helping our children thrive through supporting of the entire family and community. We are composed of community leaders and professionals in youth development, education, and social work. We are reflective of the community we serve and are dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap among traditionally underserved communities.

Community Resources
Family Promise of Gwinnett County mobilizes community partners and volunteers to help families regain stability and independence through case management and life skills training, ending homelessness one family at a time.
Promise Haven is a short-term (usually 30-90 day) shelter program for children and their families that provides a safe place for a family to stay while working with our team to take next steps toward stable housing and independence.
Strong Foundations matches families who are housed with a trained mentor who will support you as you set your own goals, in one of five “pillar” areas- family stability, well-being, financial management, education & training, and employment & career, while creating a path to move forward.
Good Samaritan Health Centers of Gwinnett serves uninsured and underserved members of our community by providing accessible medical and dental care in a welcoming environment. Our team is committed to helping patients receive the care they need while supporting healthier families across the metro Atlanta area. We help families get connected to resources they need and fill the gaps when the resources don’t exist. We also do a mentorship program for parents who are looking to become self sustainable, and we work through a curriculum of emotional, spiritual, financial, and physical health.

Do you or someone you know want to enter the healthcare field but aren’t sure where to start? Access Academy, offered by Good Samaritan Health Centers of Gwinnett, provides an affordable pathway to become a medical assistant. This 5-month program offers hands-on training designed to prepare students for work in a clinical setting. Our next cohort begins July 2026, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
