As parents and caregivers, your role in supporting your child’s academic journey is crucial!
Our Parent Support Program is designed to empower you with essential skills that will contribute to your family’s overall success. Through a 2-Generational lens, we offer a range of resources, including in-person and virtual workshops in both English and Spanish, to help you navigate the school system, enhance your involvement in your child’s education, and learn English (for English Language Learners).
Through our program, we aim to:
- Assist you in understanding the Georgia Performance Standards
- Utilize online tools to track your child’s academic progress
- Provide resources for post-secondary opportunities and education
- Provide you with educational resources:
- English courses (clases de inglés)
- Financial Literacy (educación financiera)
We are committed to working with you to address any challenges you or your child may face, and we’ll equip you with the knowledge and tools to enhance your child’s school readiness and overall success!
Our Parent Support Program offers weekly English courses at multiple locations for Spanish-speaking parents, allowing flexibility and accessibility. These courses are available in both in-person and virtual formats.
